| This lovely Historic
Home is ready for you. The sun room will warm your heart, and the
original Fireplace with Coal Insert will warm your toes! Your house
warming party could look like this…. You
are walking through your new home, congratulating yourself for making
the right choice at just the right time. Earlier this morning you
laid in bed for a while and enjoyed
the warm happy feeling inside. You know the feeling, the one that
says, “You did it! You bought the best house on the block!”
The new windows kept you cozy and warm, and your clothes fit perfectly
in the walk in closet. Now it is mid afternoon and you are preparing
the brick patio for your evening guests. It has been easy to prepare
the appetizers on the kitchen island, and more than once you have
been amazed at the amount of groceries you have stored in the large
pantry. |

As your guests begin
arriving they are very impressed by the expansive lot. More than
one friend mentions “how nice it is that your neighbor’s
home isn’t right next to yours”. And everyone is impressed
by the mirror in the foyer. When you walk them through the house
they love the upstairs bathroom, “the tile is so nice”,
“the sink is great” over and over people are complimenting
you on your choice. Even your parents are impressed with the fact
that the home has new 30 year dimensional shingles on new decking,
new vinyl windows, new carpet and a Home Warranty. Your best friend,
the chef, is envious of your kitchen and pantry. She just loves
the Stainless Appliances and the Walk-in Pantry.
You and your guests sit down and
relax on the covered brick patio. What a great night. It was so
easy. Again that warm happy feeling sweeps over you. You did this
on your own, and you did a great job!
